  • Once an order has shipped, Selah Lemons Co is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to change addresses once an order has been placed.

 

Returns Policy (Store Credit Only)

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery.

 

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be in original condition, with no signs of wear or use.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • All approved returns will be issued as store credit only.
    No refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Final sale items

  • Digital products

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges Policy

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.

  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on exchange items.

  • Selah Lemons Co is not responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Store Credit Details
